She is a 2012 graduate from Ohio University-Zanesville, with a Bachelor of Specialized Studies in Communications and Economics.

She lives in Dresden with her two adorable daughters, Millie & Sadie Hedrick. She prides herself on her “stay-at-home-mom” status, but came back to work part-time in order to keep her foot in the workforce, to keep her brain sharp, and of course, to be of service to others.

When she’s not at work or tending to the girls, Rachel enjoys anything outdoors. Just ask her about her backpacking adventures! She also likes to read, and spends a majority of her time with her family.
