Obituary

Wallace “Wally” Trout, 87, of Zanesville, died on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at The Inn at Chapel Grove, Heath, Ohio. He was born April 19, 1936, in Crooksville, a son of the late Delmar E. and Geraldine Cope Trout. Wally was quite the entrepreneur, he owned Wally’s Fish-N-Chips, Wally’s Roast Beef and Trout’s Auction Service, and the Olde Towne Antique Mall. Wally loved music on his pontoon boat at Buckeye Lake and a good game of poker.

Surviving are two sons, Kevin (Theresa) Trout and Bradley Trout; a daughter, Teresa (John) Jasinski; four grandchildren, a great grandson; a brother, Merle (Judy) Trout; special friends, Jeff and Judie Snyder and two nieces.

In Addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Stephen Trout.

A Loving Cremation will take place under the direction of BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to charity of one’s choice.
