Terry Moore Obituary

Terry W. Moore, 65, of Zanesville, died at 6:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House, Zanesville. He was born April 25, 1956, in Newark, a son of the late Harry E. and Betty J. Earley Moore. Terry retired from the Newark City Schools in the maintenance department. He was a member of Heath Eagles, fishing was his passion along with an avid fan of the Buckeyes and the Browns. He was known as everyone’s favorite uncle Terry!

Surviving are two daughters, Terra (Steve) Kinney and Kelly (Matthew Hale) Moore; two sons, Shane Moore and Kyle Moore; seventeen grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a brother, Robert (Lisa) Moore; two sisters, Sherry (Doug) Cramer and Michelle (Stevan) Hook; a sister-in-law, Sue Moore; many nieces and nephews and his loving furry companion, Sophie.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Moore and a nephew, Tyler West.

No calling hours or services will be held. A cremation was held under the direction of BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE.
