Sandra S (Scott) LeCocq

Sandra S. (Scott) LeCocq, 83, of Zanesville died at 2:17 A.M. on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at Highland Oaks Health Center, McConnelsville.  She was born April 25, 1940 in Zanesville, daughter of the late Frank R. and Harriett (Carlow) Scott. Sandra worked as a manager and co-owner of the Zanesville Travel Lodge from 1972-1999, she delivered home meals for the Muskingum County Senior Center from 2000-2006, and worked as a transportation driver.

She is survived by two sons; Jeff (Gina) LeCocq and Michael (Trudi) LeCocq; a niece, Lori (Fred) Bourjaily; and many other nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her husband of over fifty years, Alfred J. LeCocq, who passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023; sisters, Carole Scott and Marlene Insley; and her infant grandson, Joshua LeCocq.

Private graveside services will be held Friday, October 20, 2023, with Rev. Howard Thompson officiating at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville where she will be laid to rest by her beloved husband, Alfred.
