Rolland Untied Obituary

Rolland B. Untied, 80, of Frazeysburg, died at 3:01 A.M. on Wednesday, May 6, 2020, at Continuing Healthcare at Sterling Suites, Zanesville. He was born November 6, 1939, in Zanesville, a son of the late Myrl and Isabelle United, Sr. He retired from General Electric after twenty five years and enjoyed golfing, traveling, sporting events such as basketball and football, and collecting coins.

He is survived by his children, Donna Thomas and David Untied; a brother, Bill Untied; his partner, Shirley Beach; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Untied; brothers, Don, Myrl, Everett, Wayne, Richard, and Charles; and sisters, Mary Thunderburgh and Margaret Smythe.

Per his wishes, no calling hours or services will be held.
