Patricia Ann (LeCocq) Dusenbery

Patricia Ann Dusenbery, 78, of Avon, Indiana, previously of Zanesville, Ohio, died at 10:35 A.M. on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the Indiana University Health West Hospital, Indiana. She was born March 8, 1945, in Dearborn, Michigan, a daughter of the late Lucille I. (Turpen) and Alfred F. LeCocq. She had worked most recently as an Administrative Assistant for Pepsi Co., and previously as Personnel Clerk for United Technologies. She had been a member of the Ohio Federation of Business and Professional Women and the American Business Women’s Association. She loved to read and loved her family, but most of all, Patricia was a wonderful wife and mother.  

Surviving are her husband John “Tom” Dusenbery, whom she married November 8, 1986, of the home; two daughters, Lisa A. Hogue-Glenn and Cathy Marshall; two grandchildren, Mercede Marshall and Clayton Henson; four step-children, Becky Dusenbery, Laura (Jon) Smith, Nathan (Martie) Dusenbery and Joanna Cetrone; several step-grandchildren; nieces and nephews Debra Moore, Douglas Fellers, Jeff (Gina) LeCocq and Michael (Trudi) LeCocq; and several great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Leona Fellers and Carolyn Sue LeCocq; a brother Alfred J. LeCocq; son-in-law DeWayne Glenn; sister in law Sandra LeCocq; and brother-in-law Robert Fellers.

Friends and family may call from 10:00-11:00 A.M. on Thursday, November 9, 2023, at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE. A graveside service will immediately follow. She will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, with Rev. Howard Thompson officiating.
