Joan S. (Todd) Johnson

Joan S. Johnson, 86, of Zanesville, died at 9:48 P.M. Thursday, August 5, 2021 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House, Zanesville. She was born May 25, 1935, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Harold and Ruth Scott Todd. Joan was a LPN and retired from Good Samaritan Medical Center.

Joan and her late husband, Harold enjoyed camping, square dancing, gardening and vacationing.

Surviving are her son, Mike (Kathy) Foster, Sr. and three daughters, Terry (Chuck) Frick, Penny Tanner and Robin Hatfield; loving grandchildren, Mike Jr., Jeremy (Kasey) Jason (Vanessa) , Jody ( Jennifer) Maren, Lindsey, Melisha (Jamie), Ryan, Arena (Jon) and Cade (Chelsea); many great grandchildren and great- great grandchildren; and two half- sisters, Beth Wood and Holly Moorehead.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; a sister, Marilyn (Todd) Devore and a step-sister, Judy Gamble.

Friends and family may call from 11 A.M. till time of service at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE with Pastor Andrew Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park, Zanesville.
