Janice K. Allton, 53, of Zanesville, died on Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at her home. She was born June 5, 1964, in Zanesville, to the late Richard E. and Joan Reeder Allton. She was a Registered Nurse for Interim Health Care and enjoyed golfing, earning a hole in one at Green Valley Golf Course. She is survived by a daughter, Sydni Bowman; two sisters, Bonnie (Jon) Dickson of Duncan Falls and Becky (Terry) Halley of Blue Rock; two uncles, Charles (Jeanette) Allton of Ashland and Lon (Janice) Reeder of Burbank CA; three nieces, Mindi (Chad) Trout, and Terri Ann (Todd) Evans; Keri (Rob) Preston; a nephew, Tad (Tracy Murphy) Halley; seven great-nieces and nephews; and the father of her child, Joe Bowman of Zanesville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, John Allton. A Cremation-With-Care will take place. Family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.
