Eric J. Winters

Eric J. Winters, 57, of Chandlersville, went home with the Lord casting His crown at the foot of Jesus on Friday, November 15, 2019 at Genesis Hospital emergency room, Zanesville. He was born January 11, 1962 in Zanesville, a son of the late Glenn E. Winters and Shirley Holdren Winters.  He was an Evangelist who preached the gospel to Columbia, South America, and Africa.  Eric was the owner and operator of Outdoor Enterprises for 26 years and also was the owner of Ace Septic Services for 30 years.  He also was the owner of Cannon Rim Ranch in Fayetteville, West Virginia.  He had a love for people whom he ministered to and comforted.

Surviving are his loving wife of eleven years, Samantha Taylor Winters, whom he married on August 8, 2008; a son, Levi Winters; a daughter, Erica (Justin) Unger; three grandchildren, Joselyn, Lia and Doss; two brothers, Richard (Patty) Winters, Randy Winters; and a sister, Denise (BJ Jones) Winters.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Joshua Winters.

Friends and family may call from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at BOLIN-DIERKES  FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, where services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 20, 2019  at the funeral home with Pastor Aaron Bounds officiating. He will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
