Delsie Woods Obituary

Delsie C. Woods, 89, of Mount Perry, died on Friday, September 3, 2021 at 8:06 A.M. at Continuing Healthcare at Cedar Hills, Zanesville. She was born September 14, 1931 in Virginia, a daughter of the late John W. and Wrennie M Harris Wright. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved to travel, enjoyed long car rides, sewing and cooking.

She is survived by her two daughters, Nancy Woods and Linda (Wayne) Crawford; one brother, Wilbur (Inez) Wright; four grandchildren, Christine Fain, Sherry Raigner, Joseph Raigner ll and Jeannette (Garrett) Vertin; and seven great grandchildren.

Delsie is preceded in death by her parents and thirteen siblings.

A cremation will take place under the direction of Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home and Crematory, with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
