William D. Phillips, 61, of Zanesville died at 5:50 a.m. Monday, February 14, 2005 at Select Specialty Hospital in Zanesville. He was born August 27, 1943 in Detroit, MI., a son of Mary Lawrence Phillips Smith and the late Dr. Owen Phillips. Surviving is his mother, Mary Phillips Smith of Zanesville. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Carl Smith. No calling hours or services will be held. Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville entrusted with all arrangements.
