Robert "Rob" Dean Bailey

Robert “Rob” Dean Bailey, 75, of Zanesville, died at 5:46 P.M. on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House, surrounded by his loving family. He was born February 17, 1951, in Zanesville, a son to the late Nelson and Winifred “Winnie” (Cravenor) Bailey. Rob enjoyed playing music with his brothers, going camping but really found the most joy fishing at Salt Fork and Lake Erie.

He is survived by his loving wife, Roxanne (Agar) Bailey and her daughter, Brandi Dyball; his son, Troy (Nancy) Bailey; grandchildren, Tory Cole, Marissa Bailey, Syrel Wiley and Brandon Dyball; a brother, Larry (Briana) Bailey; and six sisters, Jeanie Leach, Kay (Jim) Mazair, Bev (Romney) Bunker, Coni (Richard) Ligget, Teresa “Peach” Colcher and Kathy (Thomas) Ravizza.

In addition to his parents, Rob is preceded in death by a sister, Winnie Hitchcock; and three brothers, Ronald Bailey, Kevin Bailey and Nelson “Butch” Bailey Jr.

A cremation will take place under the direction of BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, AT OUR LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED CREMATORY.
