Perry Brandom Jr.

Perry L. Brandom Jr., 72, of Zanesville died at 6:15 a.m. Thursday, September 29, 2005 at Beckett House in New Concord. He was born December 3, 1932 in Mt. Sterling, Ohio a son of the late Perry L. & Kathryn Merkle Brandom Sr.. Perry worked for Brockway Glass for 39 years and attended Hopewell Free Methodist Church. Surviving are his children, Vicki (Ray) Deitenbeck of Zanesville, Michael ( Cindy ) Brandom of Vancouver, WA., Kathy (Jared) Brandom, Marsha ( Darryl ) Douglass and Paul David ( Anita) Brandom all of Zanesville, grandchildren, Tiffany, Derek, Amy, Jacob, Nicole, Kyle, Andrew, Meredith, Brandon, Seth, Kortney and Kari, great grandchildren, Dustin, Joshua and Sean, Also survived by his sisters, Naomi (Rodney) Satterfield of Hopewell, Wilma (Charles ) Brauning of Nashport and Ruth Hoskinson of Florida and several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 43 years, Nancy L. Simmons Brandom and a brother, Gilbert Brandom. Friends may call from 1-3 p.m. on Saturday, October 1, 2005 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville where services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday with Pastor Chuck Norris officiating. Burial will follow at Williams Cemetery, Zanesville.
