Mary M. Mitchell

Mary Marie Mitchell, 87, of Zanesville, died on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at Adams Lane Care Center. She was born April 19, 1925 in Philo, a daughter of the late Hillis and Flora Welch Mitchell. She retired from Bethesda Hospital, was a member of Rolling Plains United Methodist Church, and the Methodist Women's Society. Surviving are a sister, Ruth C. Mitchell of Zanesville, a nephew, Michael (Bonny) Mitchell of Buffalo and a niece, Judy (Frank) Triplett of Caldwell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, David and Hillis Mitchell. Friends and family may attend funeral services at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, October 19, 2012 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville, with Pastor Brian Law officiating. Calling hours will be held 2 hours prior to the funeral service, from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Burial will follow at the Duncan Falls Cemetery.
