Lillian M. (Shaw) Moore

Lillian M. Moore, 92, of Zanesville, died Monday, October 11, 2021 at Genesis Hospice- Morrison House surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 28, 1928, a daughter of the late Albert and Bernice Abbot Shaw. She was a machine operator for 14 years at Essex Wire.

She is survived by two daughters, Bonnie (Russell) Doyle and Gloria A. (Stephen) Stanger; one son, Harry D. (Trudy) Moore; two sisters, Carol (Warren) Gibson and Gloria J. (Johnny) Hopstetter; eight grandchildren, Robert (Amy) Adair ll, Melinda (Mitch) Starner, Brian (Mary) Adair, Billie Jo (PJ) Rapol, Harry Moore (Jessie) Moore ll, Denna Grove, Serena Moore and Denny (Ashley) Stanger; fourteen great grandchildren; and a daughter in law, Linda Moore.

Lillian is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph H. Moore; two sons, Joseph W. Moore and Dane Moore; three brothers, Bill Shaw, Chuck Shaw, Glen Shaw and Tom Shaw; two sisters, Dorothy Murphy and Diane Williams; and one grandson, Jeff Lee Adair II.

Per Lillian’s wishes, a cremation will take place with a private family graveside service. She will be laid to rest at Pleasant Grove Cemetery beside her beloved husband Joseph.
