Judy A. (Shipman) Newman

Judy A. Newman, 76, of Zanesville, died at 9:08 A.M. Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House, Zanesville. She was born July 19, 1946, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Clyde and Lena (Kennedy) Shipman. She was a member of the Union Tabernacle Church, loved her family, enjoyed cooking and was an avid shopper.

Surviving are her loving husband, Goldie Newman, whom she married September 29, 1965; a daughter, Beth (Mike) Chambers; three grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Allison and Olivia

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a son, Bryan D. “Bubba” Newman.

Friends and family may call from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 8, 2023 at The Union Tabernacle Church, 2433 Hartford Avenue, Zanesville and one hour prior to service on Thursday. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday February 9, 2023 with Rev. Terry Newman officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved son Bryan at Greenwood Cemetery, Zanesville.
