Joseph Washington Miller

Joseph (Joe) Miller past away October 1, 2026 at his home surrounded by his family. On December 4, 1946 Joe was born in Columbus, Ohio to Lafe and Edna (Jones) Miller. Joe spent much of his life working concrete or driving a truck. He was an avid hunter and loved being outdoors. When indoors he enjoyed watching Westerns, game shows and dinner with family.

This past September Joe and Lola (Hamilton) celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary. They had 2 children Wayne (Carol) Miller and Lori Miller. He also has 3 grandchildren Nicole Miller, Jacob (Chris) Yost-Miller and Damien Pickrell.

Joe is survived by his brother Gary (Hellen) Miller, and his sisters Eileen Bogus, Linda Chandler and Viola Brown. Also many, many nieces and nephews.

Joe will be cremated. There will be no showing or funeral services and celebration of life will occur at a later date.

Cremation care has been entrusted to BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, AT OUR LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED CREMATORY.
