John R. Scott, 60, of Zanesville, died at 8:24 A.M. Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Genesis Hospital, Zanesville. He was born February 18, 1958, in Zanesville, a son of the late, John Edgar and Dorothy L. Taylor Scott. Surviving are two brothers, Jack (Tammy) Scott and Kenneth (Jerri) Scott; two sisters, Helen (Jack) Wheeler and Carol Guay; many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Scott. No calling hours or services will be held. A Cremation-With-Care has taken place with the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home and Crematory, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville entrusted with all arrangements.
