Gary Osborne

Gary Osborne, 86, of Chandlersville, died at 4:15 P.M. on Saturday, December 19, 2020, at Adams Lane Care Center, Zanesville. He was born May 16, 1934, in Zanesville, a son of the late Weldon and Opal Osborne. He retired after forty years from Burnham Foundry and enjoyed working on cars and lawn mowers. Gary was a simple man who liked sitting on his porch.

He is survived by two children, Greg (Debbie) Osborne and Jacqueline (Mike) Malenda; seven grandchildren, Jessica Grant, Scott Malenda, Lisa Morris, Missy Stephenson, Erin Revennaugh, Shelby Osborne, and Emily Osborne; nine great-grandchildren; two siblings, Gloria Powell and Dale Osborne; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Joan Osborne whom he married December 26, 1954; a daughter, Candice Osborne; and two siblings, Wally Osborne and Kay Brewer.

Per Gary's wishes, a cremation will take place with no calling hours or services to be held. BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE were entrusted with all arrangements.
