Francis F. Garrett

Francis F. Garrett, 88, of Zanesville, died at 2:10 a.m. Monday, April 16, 2007 at Autumn Health Care Center, Zanesville. He was born November 19, 1918, in Zanesville, the son of the late Francis H. And Agnes L. Farris Garrett. He was a truck driver for Baker Brothers Wholesale Grocery and then for Industrial Crate and Lumber Company. He was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church an was an avid CB'er whose handle was "Moxie". Surviving are a sister, Grace Marie (Robert) Hostetler of Michigan and a very good friend, Otis House of Zanesville. Besides his parents, he was preceded ind death by his wife, Iris G. Twyman Garrett, who died March 27, 2004 and by three brothers, Chester Harold Garrett, Floyd Garrett and Arthur Garrett. Friends may call from 8 a.m. till service time Wednesday, April 18, 2007. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home with Rev. Mr. B.N. Peterson officiating. Burial will follow at Duncan Falls Cemetery, Duncan Falls, Ohio.
