Ernest "Ed" E. Pitts

Ernest “Ed” E. Pitts, 71, of Zanesville, died at 4:13 A.M. on Friday, April 15, 2022 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House, Zanesville. He was born September 29, 1950, in El Campo, Texas, a son of the late Ernest and Luvonne (Lawson) Pitts. He was a retired service technician for Sears and loved to watch birds and a fisherman.

He is survived by his wife of forty-nine years, Carole (Roessler) Pitts whom he married January 27, 1973 and two brothers, Larry and Ted (Laura) Pitts.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Pitts.

Per his wishes, a cremation will take place with no services to be held.
