Donna L. Gaylord, 56, of Zanesville died on Monday, November 13, 2017 at Genesis Hospital Emergency Room. She was born August 21, 1961, in Chicago, IL, a daughter of Donald Nelson of Highland, Indiana and the late Sara Warja Nelson. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving are her husband, Gary D. Gaylord, three daughters, Renee (Drake) Andreae, Karly Craig and Emilee Craig; a son, Nathanael Craig; seven grandchildren including Ariah and Michael; three brothers, Bob (Barbie) Nelson, Bryan (Kathy) Nelson and Jeff Nelson.
