Debra Ann McGaughey

Debra Ann (Axline) McGaughey, 69, of Zanesville, Ohio, was born April 2, 1956, in Zanesville, Ohio. She grew up in Zanesville and attended Grover Cleveland and Zanesville High School. She spent most of her life in the Zanesville area. Deb enjoyed crocheting, caring for her cats, watching TV, and listening to music. She was a mother whose life and memory will remain with her family.

Deb is survived by her daughter, Jennifer McGaughey, and her brother, David Axline (Rebecca).

She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Edna Jane (Klinehoffer) Axline; her brother, Richard Axline; and her sister, Darla Jane Axline.

Per her wishes no visitation or funeral services will be held; a cremation will take place under the direction of BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE.

The family would like to extend a very special thanks to the staff at Adams Lane, particularly Hailey Chapin and Brady Wisecarver, the staff at Heartland Hospice and Vicky Stevens for the support she provided to Deb and her family. Deb will be remembered by her family and those who knew her.
