Dale E. Bonifant

Dale E. Bonifant, 68, passed away early Sunday morning, August 2, 2026, at Licking Memorial Hospital after a long battle with COPD. He graduated from Zane State and was employed as a social worker in Licking County. He served in both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy.

He was the son of the late Virgil E. and Alice L. Bonifant. He is survived by his brother Jerry (Ann) Bonifant, sister Martha (Chris) Bilyeu, half brother Virgil Bonifant, step sister Debbie Burtnett, several nieces and nephews, and best friend Keith Sequeira.

No calling hours or services will be observed. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home & Crematory.
