Constance "Neely" Nicholson of Forney, Texas went to be with her Lord on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at UT Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, Texas
Her faith in God was at the center of her life. She believed that God was present in every season, guiding, giving strength, and support to His people. She was compassionate and giving of herself to others. Her faith was evident in the way she served, encouraged, loved, and cared for people.
Neely, as a Licensed Master Social Worker in Forney, Texas ISD, brought extensive knowledge of child and adolescent development, behavior, and family support to her work career for more than 20 years. She developed programs, curriculum, strategies, and wraparound supports helping students, families, navigating staff challenges with needed solutions. Neely was always ready to share professional guidance... Neely was deeply passionate about children and families
Neely was born in Muskingum County on May 24, 1968 the daughter of the late Clark C Nicholson and Constance Sue (Sharkey) Driggs
She is survived by her two siblings; Ryan (Amber) Driggs of Knoxville, TN and Dr. Ceeann Kimberly Nicholson-Eaton of Spring Hill, TN; two nieces she loved very much, Addilyn Lee and Rylee Grace Driggs.
Friends and family may call from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at Coburn United Methodist Church, 3618 Maple Avenue, Zanesville, where funeral services will start at 11:15 A.M. with Pastor Mark Raaker officiating. Constance will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Coburn United Methodist Church, 3618 Maple Avenue, Zanesville, Ohio 43701.
