Charles Michael Hooper, 61, of Zanesville, died on Thursday, October 31, 2013. Born April 15, 1952, in Zanesville, a son of the late Robert Carlton and Betty Jane (Beall) Hooper. Charles was a Maysville High School graduate and had attended Ohio University for four years. He worked in Security at Job & Family Services for the past 12 years, and was a member of the OU Alumni Association. Surviving are a nephew Jeff (Joanne) Rousculp of Columbus; a niece Jodi Rousculp of Clearwater, FL; a brother-in-law Byron Rousculp of Newark; and many cousins. In addition to his parents, preceded in death by sister Dixie Dee Rousculp. Friends and family may call Wednesday, November 6, 2013, from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville. A private family burial will be held.
