Azlyn Brielle Donohoe, age one month, of Zanesville, died at 6:49 A.M. on Saturday, March 11, 2017. She was born February 10, 2017, daughter of Christopher and Samantha Renee Donohoe. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a sister, Amiyah; a brother, Haven; maternal grandmother, Pat (Dwight Moore) Thompson; paternal grandfather, Craig Donohoe; paternal grandmother Tina Bray; maternal great-grandparents, Ron and Jan Tanner Thompson; paternal great-grandmother, Willmina Donohoe; and aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Mark Stephen Thompson.
