Arthur Franklin Bell

Arthur Franklin Bell, 66, of Zanesville, died at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born June 2, 1942, in Zanesville, a son of the late Roy and Binnie Tish Bell. He retired after 35 years of service as a material handler for Lear Corporation. Surviving are a son, Roy Bell of Ocoee, Florida; a daughter, Janet (Brian Dunkle) Bell of Philo; two grandchildren, Justin Bell and Kaitlyn Dunkle both of Philo; a half-brother, Richard Tish of PA.; and a long time companion, Nancy Besser of the home. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Brianna Kaye Dunkle and a sister, Audrey Tish. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Sunday, April 26, 2009 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 27, 2009 at the funeral home with Dr. Wayne Stout officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Zanesville.
