Annette "Annie" Adkins

Annette “Annie” Adkins, 66, of Dresden, died at 12:01 A.M. on Thursday, April 24, 2025, at home. She was born September 2, 1958, in Columbus, a daughter of the late Arnold Marvin and Carmelita (Rainwater) Adkins. She attended the Ohio State University and worked at both Goodwill Industries and The Longaberger Company. Annie loved photography and found joy in making arts and crafts for children.

She is survived by her brother, Michael David (Susan) Adkins; two nephews, Douglas Arnold Adkins, and Daniel Victor Adkins; one niece, Michelle (Rainey) Rogers; four aunts, three uncles, and numerous cousins.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sister, Alyssa Adkins.

A Memorial service will be held Saturday, May 24, 2025, at 2:30 P.M. at the Community Bible Church, 195 W. 2nd Street, Frazeysburg, Ohio with Pastor Eric Cooper officiating, followed immediately by a Celebration of Life gathering. Annette will be laid to rest at Athens Christian Cemetery in Lexington, Kentucky.

A cremation will be held under the direction of the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE.
