Allen R. Fraunfelter

Allen R. Fraunfelter, 79, of Zanesville died at 5:30 p.m. Friday, July 16, 2004 at Genesis Good Samaritan emergency room. He was born September 13, 1924 in Zanesville, a son of the late William W. & Mary LaVerna Turner Fraunfelter. He retired from United Technologies and had worked for The B&O ) Railroad for 28 Years, was a World War II Army Veteran and a member of American Legion Post 29. Surviving are a sister, Marilyn( Larry ) Arnold of Zanesville, a brother, Harold " Duck" ( Mary ) Fraunfelter of Zanesville, sister-in-law, Belvie Fraunfelter of Zanesville and many nieces & nephews. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by five brothers, Edward, John, William, Robert & Gerald Fraunfelter. Calling hours will be held from 6-8 p.m. Monday, July 19, 2004 at The Bolin Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, where services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 20, 2004 with Rev. Dawn Remster officiating. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park with the VFW George Selsam Post 1058 conducting military rites at the grave.
