Rodney E. Carroll, 60, of Zanesville, died February 24, 2018 at his home. He was born October 26, 1957 in Zanesville, a son of the late James A. and Ruth L. Barnhart Carroll. A Cremation-With-Care has taken place and a Celebration of Life Service will take place at 2:30 P.M. on Friday, March 2, 2018 at Westwood Baptist Church, 2395 East Pike, Zanesville, with his nephew Rev. Joshua Hamilton officiating. Burial will take place at a later date at New Hope Cemetery, Adamsville.
