Philip Agin Obituary

Philip C. Agin, 57, of Zanesville, died Thursday, November 16, 2017 at his home. He was born May 8, 1960, in Zanesville, a son of the late Cameron Cam and Maria Kohlmann Agin. Philip was a graduate of Zanesville High School, a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church, a member of the Army National Guard and a Boy Scout. Surviving are a brother, Kurt (Marylou) Agin; two sisters, Lisa Bunting and Monika Spragg; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Cameron Agin Jr. and his maternal grandmother, Anna Kohlmann; paternal grandparents, Lloyd Agin and Helen Fluharty Moore; and a brother-in-law, Tom Bunting. No calling hours will be observed. A Cremation-With Care has taken place and a graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Zanesville Memorial Park with Pastor Mark Combs officiating. Full military honors will be accorded to him by the VFW George Selsam Post 1058 and the American Legion Post 29.
