Leora Jean Lighthizer, 82, of Coshocton, died at 12:20 A.M. on Saturday, February 3, 2018, at Ohio State Wexner Medical Center, Columbus. She was born October 26, 1935 in Coal Run, Ohio, a daughter of the late William and Goldie Lenora Wallace Wilson. Leora was a nurse for many years working as the director of nursing at Willow Haven and Adams Lane Care Centers. She was proud of her staff and many coworkers for the excellent care that they all provided. She was admired for her strength. She is survived by her husband, Harold Lighthizer, of the home; a daughter; three sons; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a twin sister. A Cremation-With-Care has taken place with private services for the family.
