Betty L. (Mitchell) Maxwell

Betty L. Maxwell passed away peacefully at home on Friday, March 1, 2024 in the embrace of her loving family at the age of 94. Betty was born on April 18, 1929, to Logan and Sofie (Wilkins) Mitchell.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Gary Dingey, as well as her grandsons Jason (Jennifer) Dingey, and Matthew (Heather) Dingey. Her legacy continues through her five great-grandchildren: Hannah, Anzleigh, Kaylee, Cy, and Karsyn Dingey. Also surviving are her stepdaughter, Carol (John) Bates, and stepson, Billy W. Maxwell Jr. Special niece Valli (Mitchell) Kirkbride, her three daughters Melissa (Jim) Boston, Michelle White, and special friend Berdi, and Melinda White. She is also survived by her great-great-niece and nephew Alyssa and Derrick.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents, first husband Harold Foster, second husband Billy W. Maxwell Sr., son Douglas H. Foster, and stepson Tom Maxwell.

Private family services will be observed. Betty will be laid to rest at Duncan Falls Cemetery.
