She is survived by her daughter, Elaine Riggle and husband Charlie, a daughter-in-law, Joan Ellis, Grandchildren, Nathan Riggle, Adam Riggle, David Ellis and Robin Jackson. Great-grandchildren, Larissa and Taryn Ellis, and Austin, Nicholas and Shelby Jackson, and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Earl E. Ellis, her son, Donald O. “Donnie” Ellis, a son-in-law, Edwin “Zeb” Watkins, two grandchildren, Michael Edwin Watkins, and Michelle Elaine Watkins, and 11 siblings: Lulu Carter, Beulah Haymond, Walter Hall, Earl Hall, Elsie Hamilton, Maddie Kochenour, Laura Moyer, Rose Markley, Rella Carpenter, Leonard Hall and Millard Hall.

My deepest sympathy to Elaine and Charlie and the rest of the family. Everyone loved "Aunt Esta", including me. I loved hearing her stories of growing up in such a big family and the adventures she had with my mother and the other siblings. The Hall Family is now complete and a well-deserved reunion in going on with so many hugs and lots of laughter! My prayers are with you and I know the comforting spirit will be with you at this time of grief.
With Love, Maddy and family

My deepest sympathies go out to all of Aunt Esta''s family and loved ones. I have so many good memories of Aunt Esta''s visits with her family to our home in Guardian, WV. There was always laughter and good times when the Hall siblings got together and I always felt so much love in their presence. We have all been blessed to have known her. I will miss my last Aunt, but I know she is with so many loved ones on the other side and their good times and laughter continue. My love and prayers are with Elaine, Charlie and all of Aunt Esta's family.

My thoughs and prayers are with the family. Aunt Esta was a special and giving lady. I remember two toys as a child, a doll baby and a pair of roller skates. Both were given to me by Aunt Esta. I can only imagine the reunion in heaven with all the Hall family taking place at this time. May God give you peace at this sad time.

To Esta''''''''s family: I am so sorry for your loss. I took care of Esta for several years until I got hurt at the county home in 07. She was such a joy to be around and I know she went to heaven. She had to with her kind ways, her lovely personality and the kind of person I could tell she was. No matter what I did for her she always thanked me and I kept telling her she didn''''''''t have to do that but she still did. I will miss her. God Bless.

On the behalf of the residents and staff of the County Home we would like to express our deepest sympathy to all of the family. Esta was soft spoken and had the most BEAUTIFUL blue eyes; she will be sadly missed by all. We will not only miss Esta but we'll miss seeing Elaine also. We feel so blessed that we had the opportunity to have known Esta and her family. God bless you all.
