The world will surely miss Frannie. There was only one Frannie, we all will miss her fun personally. She always had a smile and was so happy and always made everyone feel happy. I worked with and was friends with Frannie for many years. My prayers and thoughts will be with each of you in the days ahead as you face the lost of Frannie.
