Thomas Mohler Obituary

Thomas E. Mohler, 64, of Zanesville, died at 3:30 P.M. on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at Genesis Hospital, Zanesville. He was born April 19, 1953, in Muskingum County, a son of the late Fredrick and Gloria Bollinger Mohler. He was a United States Marine serving during Vietnam and member of Faith Christian Center. He worked at Isner Cast Stone, was a volunteer Fireman for Perry Township, and loved to fish, do woodworking, mowing his yard, and gardening. He is survived by a daughter, Kassie (William Manning) Mohler; two sons, Kyle Mohler and Cooper Mohler; three brothers, James, Dave and Brad Mohler; two sisters, Darla Babb and Terry Khun; eight grandchildren, Torie, Aden, Kylee, Dominic, Zoe, Braxton, William, and Tyler; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Huck and Skip Mohler. Friends and family may call from 2:00 4:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE. Celebration of Life Service will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 29, 2017, at Faith Christian Center, 4200 Boggs Road, Zanesville, with Pastor Chuck and Pat Gamble officiating. Following the service, a Cremation-With-Care will take place and he will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville, at a later date.
