Rick Harmon Obituary

Ricky G. Harmon, 65, of Zanesville, died at 3:27 A.M. Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House. He was born October 18, 1952, in Zanesville, a son of the late Herbert and Louella Mae Kerschner Harmon. He retired after 32 years of service at Grief and was a member of Immanuel Church of Zanesville. He was dedicated to West Muskingum Booster Association and loved to bowl. Surviving is his wife, Marcie Ryan Harmon, of the home; one son, Ryan (Laura) Harmon; one daughter, Ashley (John) Wilson; five grandchildren with one on the way, Briar, Connor, Levi, Brody, and Brenna; and one brother Mike Harmon. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Betty and Ed Ryan. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to West Muskingum Athletic Boosters, 2170 Highland Road, Zanesville, Ohio 43701 or to Genesis Hospice-Morrison House, 713 Forest Avenue, Zanesville, Ohio 43701. Friends and family may call from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, where services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, January 4, 2018 with Pastor Mitch Reed officiating. He will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park, Zanesville.
