Peggy Kimble Obituary

Peggy A. Kimble, 82, of Zanesville, died at 3:13 A.M. on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at Genesis Hospital Emergency Room, Zanesville. She was born December 6, 1935, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Merle and Marguerite Prescott Taylor. She was a homemaker, worked part-time at Bloomer Candy, and attended Rolling Plains United Methodist Church. Peggy was a member of Eagles Ladies Auxiliary, liked to play Euchre, and enjoyed going to breakfast and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband of sixty-two years, Roy D. Kimble, of the home; a daughter, Karen (Larry) Pickett; two sons, Jeffrey (Connie) Kimble and Roy D. (Judy) Kimble, Jr.; eight grandchildren, R.J. Kimble III, Sally (Josh) Murphy, Nathaniel Parks, Justin (Cora) Parks, Cody (Katie) Parks, Caitlin Kimble, Caleb Kimble, and Jack Kimble; two step-grandchildren, Melissa Dillinger and Andy Kimble; a great-granddaughter, Adele Parks; three step-great-grandchildren, Sophie Dillinger, Paiton Kimble, and Haidon Kimble; three sisters, Shirley (Rollin) Harper, Rosie Good, Darla (Joseph) Gatten; and four brothers, Merle (Dora) Taylor, Mike (Sue) Taylor, Ronnie Taylor, and Gary Taylor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Gene, James, Dickie, and Randy Taylor; sisters, Maxine Taylor, Madge Trout, Gladys May, Irene Bronkar, and Janie Fusner. Friends and family may call from 2:00 4:00 and 6:00 8:00 P.M. on Friday, January 19, 2018 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE where funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, January 20, 2018, with Pat Wiseman-Jones officiating. She will be laid to rest at St. Johns Lutheran Cemetery, Stovertown.
