Patricia Fluharty Obituary

Patricia L. McKee Fluharty, 71, of Zanesville, died at 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at Genesis Hospital Emergency Room, Zanesville. She was born March 31, 1946, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Donald and Evelyn Star McKee. She retired from Eastside Ministry as the Administrator. Patricia was also a member of Duncan Falls United Methodist Church, the Senior Center, Eagles, VFW, and life member of the Girl Scouts and 4-H. She is survived by a son, Shawn (Paula) Fluharty of New Lexington; two grandchildren, Brooke Fluharty and Aryka (Troy) Ladd; three great-grandchildren, Breyley, Aubrey, and Peter (Spanky Boy); a sister, Pam Edwards of Zanesville; two brothers, Donald (Diane) McKee of Duncan Falls and Scott (Jenine) McKee of Zanesville; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond R. Fluharty, whom she married January 17, 1970. Friends and family may call from 6:00- 8:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE. Graveside services will be held at Duncan Falls Cemetery, Zanesville at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, May 28, 2017 with Minister Karen Osborne officiating.
