I was so saddened to learn of Jack's passing. He was a great man. I always looked forward to socializing with him as he traditionally came to the final hole to watch the Zanesville High School golf team conclude their matches. The world would be a much greater place if there were more Jack Rutherfords.

So sad to hear about Jack's passing. We were neighbors for many years, and I was in the same class from McIntire on through ZHS. I went to the Junior Prom with Jack. A quiet, but very nice guy. Glad to have known him.
