James Burch Obituary

James W. Burch, 70, of Zanesville, died at 4:45 P.M. on Tuesday, September 20, 2016. He was born June 6, 1946, son of the late Verna Jean Cook Ware. He loved working on the Polk farm, going to the fairs, and racing horses. James was an outdoorsman enjoying deer hunting and shooting. He never met a stranger and will be missed by all that knew him. He is survived by sisters Linda (Ed) Coberly of Montrose, WV and Mary (Kate) K. Ware of Elkins WV; companion Norma Wickman of Duncan Falls; and special friends Fred and Linda Polk. He is preceded in death by his mother, Verna Jean Cook Ware. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, September 26 at BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, with Rev. Terry F. Newman officiating. Burial at Williams Cemetery, Zanesville to follow. Dignified and professional services entrusted to BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME.
