Dorothy L. Wilson, 84, of Zanesville, died at 5:55 P.M. Friday, March 30, 2018 at Genesis Hospital. She was born December 9, 1933 in Pennsylvania to the late George and Mary Knight. A graduate of Zanesville High School. Dorothy was a member St. John Lutheran Church, card club and the Red Hat Society. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother. Dorothy was an avid Cincinnati Reds and Ohio State Buckeyes fan. Surviving are a son, Doug (Debby) Wilson of Georgia; two daughters, Dianne (Mark) Lasure of Zanesville, and Denise Schusterman of Zanesville; eight grandchildren, Cory (Jennifer) Wilson and Brian (Roxanne) Wilson, Melisa, Adam, and Andrea Viney, Ali (Bobby) Todd, Josh Schusterman, and Jenn (TJ) Fries; five great grandchildren, Camden and Emmie Wilson, Braylon Carter, Raelee Viney, Cohen Evie and Emily Todd, George Fries and baby boy Fries on the way; a brother-in-law, Ronald Wilson; two sisters-in-law, Grace France and Carol Wilson; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde E. Wilson, one sister and two brothers. Friends and family may call from 11:00 1:00p.m. on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, where funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, with Pastor Mark A. Combs officiating. She will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
