Charles (Chuck) A. McGilton age 80 of Adamsville passed away on October 17, 2016 at The Highland Oaks Nursing Home in McConnelsville, after an 11 year battle with Alzheimers. He was born September 17, 1936 and was preceded in death by his parents Andrew & Margaret Abrams McGilton, and 2 brothers. He retired in 2000 from Noxious Vegetation Inc. and was co-owner of the Dari Twist in Dresden for 20 years. He was a member of New Hope Lutheran Church in Adamsville and past member of the Adamsville Progressive Council. He is survived by his wife of 46 years Wanda McGilton, Daughters Darlene (David) Steuart, Cheryl (Jay) Hunt, and Tina Everett. Step- Daughter Tammie (Barry) Sullivan, 2 Granddaughters, 1 Grandson, 1 Step-Grandson, and 5 Great Grandchildren, 4 brothers and 1 sister. Private Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be made to New Hope Lutheran Church 7025 Adamsville Otsego Road, Adamsville, Ohio or the Adamsville Fire Department, 5345 Mollies Rock Road, Adamsville, Ohio.
