Sherry, I was out of town when you called and left a voicemail. My phone does not record the numbers of incoming calls (it is a cheap phone) so I could not call you back. Your mother was a wonderful lady, so kind and charitable. I will always remember her visits to my mother when she was in the nursing home and all the nice things she did for my mom. I have not been back to Zanesville for a number of years so I did not see your mother for a long time but I did talk to her on the phone several times a year. I will miss the conversations with her. The last few times I talked with her I could tell by the tone of her voice that she was suffering so at least that is over and she is at peace. Please accept my sincere condolences for your loss. I will always remember your mother. I will contribute some money to an animal shelter in Las Vegas in her name (your mom always loved her dogs and cats and even the raccoons outside).

So sorry about the loss of your mom and grandma. The Bible describes death as "an enemy that is to be brought to nothing". (1 Corinthians 15:26) May that thought and the promise at Acts 24:15 "there will be a resurrection" comfort your family at this difficult time. You have my condolences.

Betty is now free from her failing body and worshiping Jesus in heaven, where she wanted to be. She is reunited with her cherished husband and many dear friends. She will be fondly remembered for her quilting talent, baking skills and great love for animals. May her family be blessed with many happy memories.
