     The Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home was the proud sponsor of this year’s Kiwanis Corporate Pinewood Derby, held at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Thursday, the 19^th of April.  Twenty cars entered, but only one could be the big winner. The Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home took home the trophy for the People’s Choice Award, as well as the much sought after 1^st Place trophy. The race came down to the Knights of Columbus and the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, with the funeral home going undefeated! A big thanks to Bob Lentz for making the car, and thanks to Starlight Industries and all of the other participants and volunteers who helped make the derby such a success!
